What payments am I eligible for?

If you live in Puerto Rico, you are likely eligible for the Child Tax Credit (CTC) this year for the first time. That means, like families in the fifty states, you can get up to $3,600 per child under 6, and $3,000 per child age 6-17.

If you work and earn income, you may also qualify for the Puerto Rico EITC, of up to $2,000. The Puerto Rico Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is administered by the Departamento de Hacienda de Puerto Rico, and not by the IRS.
