How can I check the status of my Colorado refund filed with SimpleFile?
You can check the status of your Colorado state refund on the Colorado Department of Revenue website here. It may take a few days for the status to update on the Department of Revenue website.
To verify your information, you must provide:
- Account Type (select Individual Income), and
- Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), and
- Your refund amount from Line 42 of your state tax return (Colorado Form DR0104)
- Please note: if you chose to donate part of your refund you’ll need to enter your net refund amount from Line 19 of form DR0104CH.
